A lot of students have been asking how to log-in on MSU GRADE QUERY.
Here is a simple instruction on how you can access your grades.
Your username should be the firstname.surname@msugensan.edu.ph. For example your name is John Paul Dela Cruz, your username should be johnpaul.delacruz@msugensan.edu.ph.
Your password is your ID Number followed by your birth date (YYYY-MM-DD).
For example:
2011-09991995-01-31
2011-0999 - is your ID Number
1995 - Birth Year
01 - Month
31 - Day
If still you cannot log-in or access your grades with the said instructions, contact your adviser and check if there are wrong details about your birthday.
